As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts. You will collaborate with the HR team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. From scheduling interviews to maintaining candidate records, your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of interview details and logistics. Provide timely communication to candidates regarding interview updates and next steps.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize our ATS to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Track candidate progress through the recruitment process, update candidate statuses, and ensure data integrity within the system.
Job Posting and Advertising: Collaborate with the HR team to create compelling job postings. Advertise job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and relevant industry websites. Monitor and track the effectiveness of different sourcing channels.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback. Collect candidate feedback after interviews to continuously improve our recruitment process.
Pre-Employment Checks: Assist with pre-employment screening processes, such as reference checks, background checks, and verification of qualifications. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely completion of these checks.
Recruitment Reporting: Generate and maintain recruitment-related reports, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill metrics, and other relevant data. Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Recruitment Coordination Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team in recruitment-related activities, such as preparing offer letters, coordinating recruitment events, and organizing recruitment materials.
