Is there a bonus for RBT's? Yes, There is a $2000 hire-on bonus for candidates already certified with an Active RBT Certification.

Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, pass our background check, reference check, and you're qualified to work in the US.
Do I need prior experience with kids? Yes! This Senior RBT position is for individuals who have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician with younger age children for at least 1-2 years minimum.
Who can apply? Individuals experienced as Registered Behavior Technicians for at least 1-2 years (minimum) and who have experience in a clinic setting. Hands-on experience supporting children with communication or behavioral needs is required.
What is my earning potential? Your starting pay depends on your experience. Our monthly training, weekly overlaps, and valuable feedback are designed to support you and provide opportunities for promotions to earn $27+/hr.
Is this Full-Time (FTE) or Part-Time (PTE)? At our center, we only have full-time positions available. If you are looking for a part time role, please check out our in-home BT positions.
When do I need to be available? You must be available during our business hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Always have evenings and weekends free!
What does growth look like for me? Level up five times in this role, become a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or join one of our support teams.

Are there physical requirements for this position? Yes, which include but are not limited to lifting at least 50 pounds, playing on the floor, running, finger dexterity, climbing, and standing for long periods. Perhaps you’ll be jumping on a trampoline, dancing, or mastering the art of being an acrobatic all-star (you never know what your day will bring). You must have the ability to work in the client's home where everyday allergens could be present.
