Senior Quality Engineer

Position Overview

Jazry is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in our solar energy projects across the U.S. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures for solar projects.
• Lead inspections, testing, and quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards (NEC, IEEE, ANSI).
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and rectify quality issues.
• Manage certifications and compliance documents for solar components and projects.
• Train and guide team members on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in QA/QC within the solar or renewable energy sector.

In-depth knowledge of solar project specifications, testing methodologies, and quality standards.

Familiarity with U.S. and international standards for solar energy projects.

Proven leadership skills and experience managing a QA/QC team.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ CQE) preferred.
