As aSenior Project Manager, you create effective environments for content design and development teams to do their best work. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:

  • Assist with communications and change management streams to align with the stakeholder's program goal(s).
  • Maintain and manage project status reports and Workback Schedule.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings to set expectations with team and client, and continually report on progress and next steps.
  • Be proactive and ensure a constant flow of information for the internal team and external audiences, Microsoft Teams, email, etc.
  • Manage SMEs and Senior Stakeholders and expectations.
  • Track multiple digital assets across various projects using Azure DevOps.
  • Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, or refocus when needed.
  • Respond to client and/or project turbulence with humor, agility, and improvisation.

YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH USIFYOU HAVE:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and are a self-starter.
  • Previous Microsoft experience is a plus.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certified, or strong interested and desire to become PMP certified.
  • Five (5) + years' experience within Sales Enablement organization as Project Manager
  • Prior experience with Azure DevOps or similar CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Challenger sales methodology or similar a plus.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of content assets of various types in different stages of production.
  • An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and ability to prioritize your actions.
  • Ability to move fluidly between a strategic approach and tactical actions, and tailor your communications to key stakeholders based on their altitude-level.
  • Conflict resolutions skills and confidence to have difficult conversations respectfully, and constructively.
  • Relentless discipline to complete projects on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind.
  • Prior experience with Sales Enablement and seller audiences.

DETAILS:
Virtual / Remote.W-2, temporary, hourly position for up to 9 months.Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone.
Oxygen Experience will offer the successful candidate a competitive base compensation and benefits package. The targeted range for this role is $45-$80, hourly. For positions lasting 6 months+, benefits offerings include 100% paid for medical, dental and vision coverage and generous coverage for dependents. Oxygen Experience also offers a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Flexible Spending Account, and a generous paid time-off (vacation, sick, holidays) program. For positions lasting less than 6 months, Oxygen Experience offers accrued paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k)-retirement savings plan after 1,000 hours worked. Preferred locations: Arizona, Missouri, Washington, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Maryland.
