This role requires a collaborative business leader with program management experience in Process Engineering, understanding of the consulting services delivery and project management disciplines, and the ability to successfully influence in a highly matrixed environment. By partnering with your peers (Enablement Leads and Tool Engineering Leads) and representing cross-functional disciplines, the team will plan and deliver complex delivery management process and tool improvements, drive complex behavioral changes by planning and executing change management strategies driving operational efficiencies, improving bottom line, and assuring delivery quality leading to a stronger business portfolio and happy customers.

Responsibilities
- Proficient in Process Engineering, and responsible and accountable in the development and management of a product.
- Ability to lead and drive large scale project changes within a global Consulting Services organization.
- Prior experience in planning and executing Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and other similar industry certifications in a global environment is a plus.
- Communicate inspiring vision, foster followership systems thinking.
- Drives and maintains obligations to internal customers across the delivery lifecycle including envisioning, solution development, delivery planning, and delivery management.
- Positive disruption can view opportunities vs barriers.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises.Collaborates with Sales to support contract setup, signature, compliance, and execution from deal approvals to invoicing and closure. Manages areas of fiscal responsibility within project portfolio, staying within budget while driving engagement profitability and risk management.
- Engages with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships, leveraging broad technical expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years experience in project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in the CMMI certification process
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 4+ years financial management experience.
- Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.
- Consulting delivery experience as a billable role within Microsoft Services or other equivalent professional services companies
- Experience with diverse business services (Consulting and Offshore) functions
- Product Owner certification is preferred.
- PMI® credentials in PMP®, CSM, PMI-ACP or PSM1, PgMP® and knowledge/experience in ISO 9001 / TQM / Six Sigma/ CMMI 2.0 Dev Model (Certified CMMI Associate)
- Prosci®, or other Change Management qualification
- Strategic thinking with the proven capability to contribute and execute a delivery strategy that results in quality delivery outcomes.
- Ability to develop a proficient understanding of the Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery organization and operations at all levels.
