Location: Hybrid-Must be in the Seattle area (Part time onsite in Bellevue, WA)
This W2 role with Tamazari will have you diving in with one of our excellent Bellevue, WA based clients while providing the implementation of a new SAP CX (Customer Experience) CRM.The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing, the planning, execution, and closing of the Customer Relationship Management project. They will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including business units, IT and vendors, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Project planning: Develop project plan that outlines project goals, scope, timeline, budget and resource requirements. Identify and mitigate project, risks and issues, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives.Project execution: oversee the execution of the project plan, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on status regularly.Vendor management: manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that they are delivering on their commitment to meeting project requirements. Identify and resolve any issues with vendors as they arise.Stakeholder management: build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stake holders at all levelsChange management: develop and implement a change management plan to support the adoption of the new CRM system. Ensure that users are trained on the new system that any necessary process changes are communicated and understoodProject closing: ensure that all project deliverables are completed and that the new CRM system is successfully deployed. Conduct post project review to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.Successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, and within budget, with a focus on Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). They will have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills, and be able to build strong relationships across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on CRM
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge in project management discipline to effectively arrange resources and manage multiple medium to high complexity projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
- Extensive knowledge of team management techniques to bring about agreement between differing points of view.
- Possess and innate ability to discuss technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, sometimes in public settings.
- Proficiency with standard project management tools and software suites.
- Strong data analysis and/or business process analysis skills.
- Recognizes technical issues that impact the projects under their leadership and obtains resources to mitigate project risks.
- Embody a customer-oriented, positive, and team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility, an understanding of the business issues driving the need for the project, and solid work ethic are expected.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in scheduling, estimating, accounting and finance principals.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Background in utilities are energy would be an advantage but its not mandatory.
- PMP certification or equivalent would be preferred
- SAP Experience a plus
