As the Senior Project Manager - Circuit Design, you will...
- Assess schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and pursue alternative courses of action.
- Plan, research, analyze and assess development, production, and deployment of Circuit Design tools and associated equipment.
- Develop plans and recommend innovative and effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Plan, schedule and facilitate a variety of exchanges and meetings with the stakeholders to understand program requirements and emerging commercial technologies which may address capability gaps.
- Formulate, recommend, and draft the proper execution strategy and documentation in a timely and effective manner.
- Support all program reviews, develop supporting documentation, and support the Government in development and review of draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and RFP documents.
- Support and develop reports, including statutory and regulatory reports ; support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews; support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management
What you bring to the table...
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study
- 10+ years career related experience to include:
- Electronic Design Automation to design microelectronic circuits
- Managing multi-million dollar contracts
- Experience managing a project with multiple key stakeholders (government customers and subcontractors)
- An active SECRET Security Clearance or above (or have held an active clearance within the last 2 years)
- An ability to travel less than 10% per year
