Salary range based on the required profile: $145,000-165,000/year.

Your challenges:
- Personally undertake the management of the top 1-2 project(s) for the company.
- Lead the project team towards ensuring project execution On-Time/On-Quality/On-Cost
- Act as subject matter expert in project management methodologies and provide insights and assess potential impact.
- Arbitrate between scheduling conflicts and offer resolution recommendations to management.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization activities including pricing and product and service offerings.
- Effectively communicate complex analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, providing regular reports on key performance metrics and market trends.
- Become a technical expert on the products to be delivered in order to effectively hold critical discussions on scope and contract performance.
Your boarding pass:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Management or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years proven experience working in project and program management and leading teams
- PMP Certification required
- Capability to comprehend engineering concepts across Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Systems engineering to effectively manage projects.
- Good stakeholder management: listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context
