This position is currently a hybrid of in-office and remote work.
Summary: Responsible for Document Control work including the development and implementation of the Document Control Plan for efficient document processing of all communications, contractor submittals, and client and stakeholder documents.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Coordinate document management and client deliverables submittals for a large Bay Area transit project.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Collaborate on design of Master Deliverables Excel file and add enhancements as needed.
- Maintain Master Deliverables worksheet.
- Organize, monitor, and maintain files and records.
- Develop and implement a Document Control Plan.
- Provide proactive input on scheduling and process issues.
- Communicate with Project Leads on scheduling and progress towards due dates.
- Submit deliverable documents to client.
- Ad Hoc reporting and tracking of Project Documents.
- Maintain and update Project Templates.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years’ experience preferred; Strong communication skills - verbal and written; Microsoft Office 365 skills – Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Technical and Administrative writing skills; Self-motivator; Reliable and team player; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Proactive problem-solving; Strong customer service skills; Ability to work in diverse groups and environments; Sharepoint, ProjectWise and Revu Bluebeam experience a plus; Construction Management knowledge preferred.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; design software; internet software; project management software and contact management systems.
