KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate (Senior Project Analyst) to join our Audit Learning and Development organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, development, deployment and measurement of a portfolio of individual learning solutions to drive the delivery of key milestones
- Lead project scope and project controls in collaboration with other team members
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets to ensure on time and on budget delivery of learning solutions
- Estimate and monitor resource requirements
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues
- Coordinate key meetings and tasks that involve transfer of knowledge between teams or involvement of multiple resources
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience managing multiple projects, preferably in a learning and development environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- CAPM or PMP certification already earned or in progress
- Demonstrated skills and ability in project management including, planning, project risk management, resource management, budget management and team coordination
- Experience in MS Project Office or Clarizen/Adaptive Work preferred; able to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships
- Ability to travel up to 5% required
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
