Role description:
As a Senior Program Manager/Project Executive you will be working closely with the Owner's management team and their stakeholders to provide high level guidance on overall program delivery. High level guidance on overall program delivery with responsibilities to include areas such as strategy, funding, risk, planning, procurement, design, integration, construction, contract management and budget management.
Role accountabilities:

• Leadership of staff in support of the development and implementation of all services throughout the duration of the Program.
• Executive level guidance to deputy program managers responsible for delivery of specific project elements.
• Serve as the "on-site program manager", leading both Arcadis and partner firm staff.
• Lead and facilitate project team coordination meetings with Owner, Design Teams, Contractors and Stakeholders.
• Work with deputy program managers to manage the program budget; track budget, spent to date, contingency, estimate to completion.
• Work with deputy program managers to manage the Project Schedule, review contractor submitted schedules, and review and provide feedback to the Owner on the reasonableness and general sufficiency of the Contractor's progress to meet the Contractor's schedules in relation to the Project Schedule.
• Work with the Project Controls Manager(s) to ensure overall management of all project tracking and reporting services including scheduling, cost control, cash flow management, reporting, tracking and forecasting, document controls, security sensitive document handling and data and systems management.
• Work with the Commercial Managers to ensure management of all project and package commercial conformance with applicable governance requirements including but not limited to compliance with regulation and policies related to FTA funding.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 20 years' experience in the Program Management of large construction/redevelopment programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer's license or Architectural license in NY or NJ
• Familiarity and experience working with transit agencies in NY or NJ.
• PMP Certification
• CMAA

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start, and PTO that accrue per year.The salary range for this position is $186,000 - $310,000.
