The Talent Intelligence team at Uber performs Labor Market Research which fuels our business strategy, workforce strategy, and talent acquisition strategy!
As a Talent IntelligenceProgram Manager, you'll wear multiple hats: you'll be the innovator, architect, storyteller, and driver! You'll be working directly with Uber leadership to understand business problems as related to Labor Markets, and you'll provide predictive, data-backed recommendations that optimize decisions.
What You'll Do:
- You'll atone for the changing market conditions by refining our TI mission, vision and values - building a nimble research structure and value proposition.
- Develop clear lanes for TI which evolve as Uber's needs evolve; a governance model which indicates where we play and where we don't.
- Plan and organize by developing the team's roadmap and priorities, keeping the team on track to reach the completion of critical research and projects aligned to Uber's mission.
- Architect TI research methodology, ensuring consistency in the way we collect information, analyze information, and share information across partner groups and leadership.
- Build products/tools/processes that reduce redundancies in work, and scale universally where needs for that type of research are universal.
- Influence partners with disparate ends around common goals, driving toward Uber first (#OneUber) outcomes.
- Drive the team's continuous improvement; addressing gaps and opportunities to optimize the program at large.
- Refine reactive, proactive and predictive service lines.
- Partner closely with TA and people teams, using intelligence to influence where we look for talent, how we look for talent, and when we look for talent.
- Partner with, consult to, and present to senior leadership up to C-levels across all functions; influencing action from talent market insights, and
- Prior experience with quantitative and qualitative research and analysis methods, spanning across both historical and predictive experience.
- Experience using SQL to retrieve, merge, analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple data sources; following a 'best data from the best source' method.
- Program Management experience; experience managing programs with multiple projects to completion, rallying partners with different ends around collective outcomes.
- The ability to present research insights in a simple way, influencing partners across all levels (to include executive levels) around business, workforce, and talent acquisition strategies/decisions.
- Expert level experience with G-suite sheets, Google Data Studio and Tableau.
- Understanding of technology applications and coding languages (e.g., R, DQLs)
- Experienced with app scripts for automation
- Experience with Talent Intelligence resources and tools like LinkedIn Insights, Emsi/Lightcast, Talent Neuron
- Experience with CRMs and ATS like Beamery, iCIMS Having worked in Recruiting/HR
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$168,500 per year.
