Job description

Overview:

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the Pacific Standard Timezone.

Your future team

Atlassian is seeking a highly skilled, collaborative and innovative Senior Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Enablement team. Reporting to our Head of TA Enablement, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a globally distributed team and to touch a variety of dynamic work streams to support our Hiring Transformation work across Talent Acquisition, Engineering and Data. You will bring programmatic expertise and craft to stand up important pillars of work for our global Talent Acquisition organization.

The ideal Program Manager is someone who is dynamic, champions delivery excellence, excels in creating order, and understands the importance of the teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • As a Senior Program Manager, you will boost the effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition Enablement team by guiding the safe, orderly, and swift flow of programs within our global Hiring Transformation.

    • Lead programs across Talent Acquisition Enablement, to influence the success of our Talent Acquisition goals and priorities (focusing on our Hiring Transformation priorities)

    • Communicate across teams, functions and programs - ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights

    • Build relationships with partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and Data Insights in order to deliver our hiring transformation roadmap and implementation of our new ATS, iCIMS.

    • Ensure the teams you work with are setting the right goals and implementing those goals following standardized reporting methods

    • Negotiate across many teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, driving a high degree of predictability, re-baselining based on new information and managing complex dependencies

    • Surface program risks early while ensuring clear understanding and implementing resolution/mitigation plans

    • Work directly with TA Enablement, People technology, and product leaders on complex programs of work to develop strategic roadmaps and define milestones for our Talent Acquisition Enablement team

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in Program Management, Talent/TA Operations, People programs, or related experience

  • Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices

  • Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key people programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs

  • Experience in project management and delivering high quality presentations, communications, and artifacts to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences

  • Formal training in Agile methodology is beneficial

  • Familiarity with application tracking system (ATS), iCIMS and other recruitment technologies is preferred

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and great compensation package programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

ZONE A: $147,500 - $196,600
ZONE B: $132,700 - $177,000
ZONE C: $122,400 - $163,200

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
