- M&A Planning, and Execution:
- Lead the development of detailed project plans and timelines for M&A initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals
- Oversee the due diligence process and coordinate with external advisors and internal teams to conduct valuation and risk assessments
- Develop and execute post-acquisition integration plans to optimize operational efficiency and realize synergies
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage change and ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders
- Orchestrate external resources as needed
- Project Management
- Manage large enterprise projects involving multiple functional stakeholders across all levels of 3E (including but not limited to system implementations, enterprise change initiatives, and M&A integrations)Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure roles and responsibilities are clear
- Work with stakeholders across the business to define the scope and develop comprehensive project plans that identify key dependencies and milestones
- Drive project execution and report status within 3E's project management systems and to leadership as required
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, assess probability and impact, and build mitigation plans to minimize impact
- Manage project communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare updates to senior leadership and broad audiences with minimal guidance
- Optimize resource allocation and vendor relationships to control costs, oversee project work performed by outside consultants; hold third parties accountable to contractual obligations related to projects
- Ensure efficient project execution by monitoring progress, addressing issues, and adapting plans as needed
- Implement best practices and project management methodologies and leverage strong influence and collaboration skills to ensure successful outcomes
- Project Management Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other project managers across 3EIdentify continual improvement opportunities for 3E's project management framework (tools, processes)
- Support the Administration of 3E's Strategic Project Workflow
- As a member of 3E's project management office (PMO) provide support and administration for our strategic project workflow
- Serve as a backup to the PMO lead for key processes (project reviews, prioritization sessions, sprint reviews)

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in managing M&A-related projects with global complexities.
- CAPM or PMP certification is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence a plus
- Experience documenting and improving business processes (LEAN experience a plus)Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills; ability to collaborate across the enterprise
- Experience working in a globally distributed workforce
- Effective at prioritizing work and making decisions based on strategic guidance
