The Senior Product Manager OR, Americas for Mammotome is responsible the creation, execution, and oversight of the Sentimag® Localization Platform, Magseed® Magnetic Marker, and Magtrace® Lymphatic Tracer marketing strategies that will maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

This position is part of the Commercial Sales & Marketing department located in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be fully remote, with hybrid option available for local candidates.

You will be a part of the rapidly growing Americas Marketing team and report to the Director, Americas Marketing responsible for growing the product portfolio within the North America. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Amplify successful efforts to reach and exceed business plan objectives of sales, revenue, inventory, and price on an annual basis.

  • Lead and execute impactful product launches including the development of the brand strategy, price strategy, promotional plan, product forecasting, inventory roll-out plan, sales tools, etc.

  • Contribute to the development of brand strategies for your portfolio, services, programs, and other key initiatives, including value proposition, targeting & segmentation, positioning, and life cycle management.

  • Leverage business insights by staying connected with market needs through frequent interactions with customers (co-travel with sales, attendance at industry meetings, etc.)

  • Contribute input and key regional insights to multigenerational portfolio plans aligned to company strategy to ensure field sales organization has necessary support and resources from marketing team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of medical products industry business is required with a minimum of 3 years Marketing and / or sales leadership experience.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, sound business acumen, creative problem-solving.

  • Project management skills and experience with ability to juggle competing priorities, plan, organize, & meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mentality with ability to proactively problem solve to achieve results.

  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Medical Device experience is strongly preferred with demonstrated clinical and anatomical knowledge of surgical procedures.

  • Prior experience influencing surgical stakeholders.

  • Prior ownership of marketing strategy, team/brand budget, and forecasts.

The salary range for this role is $150,000-165,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
