Job Title: Regional Pre-Production Senior Manager

Position Objective:
The Regional Pre-Production Senior Manager will support Regional Pre-Production Managers and Operations Teams in the areas of Data Processing, Frame to Come, Tracing, Job Routing, Inventory (frame/lens) and Shipping. This individual will work closely with multiple departments including but not limited to Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and IT departments to standardize internal processes. Lead the Regional Pre-Production Team with project management, training programs and task prioritization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop SOP's to standardize internal pre-production processes
- Support the standardization of data entry, frame to come, tracing, inventory control and shipping procedures.
- Develop training guides for data entry, frame to come, tracing, inventory control and shipping.
- Support lab operations to implement new procedures and SOP's
- Develop project sheets detailing on-going activities.
- Use and work with Engineering/Power-BI Team and IT to develop reports needed to expand accessibility of WIP, Combobulator and Pre-Production visibility.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams to manage Pre-Production documents, routing, and task management.
- Support and Develop Regional Pre-Production team members in all aspects of skill development. Work with Director on developing team training models for true SME's.
- Work closely with the management teams in the labs along with engineering and IT as required to implement new SOP's
- Develop Schedules for traveling, weekend support and queue management for the team.
- Work with Routing Manager to review capacity and partner with Engineering for adjustments.
- Work with Product Management, Engineering and Operations for new product launches and processing needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Preferred minimum 5 or more years of experience in an Optical laboratory environment
- Excellent lab software skills in all areas processing RX work through optical laboratories. DVI LMS experience 5-10 years required.
- Excellent written, communication and oral presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be available to work more than 40 hours a week as needed, including weekends.
- The ability to travel as needed. It is anticipated that travel will be 2 times per month with 2 to 4 nights on the road per trip. These are averages.
