The Role
The career level Senior Process Engineer is able to work autonomously with occasional guidance from supervision. They are highly skilled in equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence, and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines, and facilities necessary for the production of quality parts. Work is performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity where creativity and initiative are exercised as well as independent judgement. Focus is on eMotor manufacturing and development of manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do
- Application of problem solving methodologies for internal and external issue resolution
- Execution of manufacturing engineering, and product engineering advance technology work projects
- Development of advance technology work projects including budgets, deliverables and project timing
- Hands on process development
- New process development and work with new materials
- Testing of new materials and development of new component suppliers
- Development of new tooling and gaging methods
- Providing manufacturing support to develop next generation EV products
- Providing manufacturing support to Tier 1 suppliers and Tier 2 suppliers
- Manufacturing support of technically approved supplier list (TASL) projects and development for new Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
- Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts
- Providing technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources
Additional Job Description
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- 5+ years of professional Process Engineering experience
- NX Proficiency
- Knowledge of problem solving methodologies- RedX, DFSS, etc.
- Knowledge of electrical testing methods and electrical insulation
- Knowledge of eMotor processes
- Project Execution Experience
- Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent experience

- Master's Degree in Engineering
- eMotor program/design experience
