Senior Pricing Analyst

Advanced Technology Systems Company, ATSC, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will have an opportunity to make a positive impact in this high visibility role.

Job Description

• Responsible for all pricing activities and the development and submission of the Cost and Price Volume of proposals
• Responsible for the pricing model(s) and the completion of all Government or Commercial Templates.
• Responsible for managing the development, planning, and scheduling of price proposals in accordance with company estimating policy as well as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, USG Bus. System Requirements & other govt. regulations
• Responsible for pricing support functions from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations. These activities include forming, planning, and guiding the proposal cost team, along with managing all cost volume development activities such as compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.
• Develops, communicates, & implements Estimating & Pricing policies/procedures, & conducts monitoring & surveillance activities to ensure that the policies/procedures are implemented.
• Develops subcontractor pricing templates and supports subcontractor submissions.
• Performs a cost analysis for each subcontractor submission as well as cost/price analysis and cost justification per USG requirements.
• Supports the market analysis and price to win process
• Ensures the Cost and Price volumes are consistent with all other proposal submission documents
• Performs all cost certification activities
• Helps train cost estimators.

Basic Qualifications:

• BBA in Finance or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience supporting Government proposals.
• US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
