Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time Senior Coordinator

Classification: exempt under FLSA

Location: 100% Remote

CleanChoice Energy, a national renewable energy company that empowers people and businesses to cut emissions and live cleaner, healthier lives, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Coordinator to join the team. Job Description

 

The  Senior Performance Marketing Coordinator will be focused on executing effective Performance Marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in affiliate and influencer marketing as well as working with agency partners. In this role, you will be responsible for paid media campaign management, affiliate and influencer marketing programs, and digital marketing project management. The ideal candidate must have strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate workflows, meet deadlines, and ensure successful project delivery. The person will report to the Performance Marketing Manager and will not have direct reports.

 

Responsibilities

 

Paid Media Campaign Management:

  • Set up paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, utilizing operational experience in setting up ads. 
  • Facilitate creative submissions for ad campaigns & optimize ads. Work alongside a team member in executing campaigns tailored to marketing funnel strategy.
  • Set up landing pages to align with ad campaigns, leveraging copywriting skills and aligning the vision for ad execution. No coding required, in platform setup and receive support from Web Team.
  • Coordinate advertising budget across platforms as well as giving input about budget allocation based on channel performance.
  • Set up, run, and analyze tests (including A/B tests) across platforms to optimize for key KPIs, report out on campaign KPIs, and ensure maximum ROI.
     

Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Program:

  • Run affiliate marketing and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Support programs to leverage existing customers to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Experience in networking and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and industries.
  • You will play a role in generating and testing innovative ideas to optimize our affiliate programs. This includes fostering robust relationships with affiliate partners and closely monitoring their performance to achieve our strategic business objectives.

 

Digital Marketing Project Management:

  • Updating energy marketplace sites on a frequent basis which includes updating rates/pricing, confirming correct data, aligning navigation of backend portal and QAing front end.
  • Coordinate marketing projects by submitting content creative, meeting deadlines, and facilitating workflows across teams.
  • Manage ticket submissions, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration among different departments.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in project execution.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 1-3 years experience working with Performance Marketing conversion campaigns
  • 2+ years experience working hands-on in Ads Manager platforms  (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) 
  • 1+ years experience working with affiliate marketing tools
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, makes a habit of double and triple checking work 
  • Ability to think strategically and quantitatively 
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously 
  • Extremely flexible, agile, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities 
  • High proficiency with Excel
  • Google Analytics 4 Certificate, Ads Manager Certificates a plus
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and managing ads within Meta, and Google Ads Manager. Experience in TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Linqia and Impact.com is highly desirable.
  • Copywriting and experience working with designers for content assets.
  • Experience using data visualization platforms such as Domo, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus.

  • 100% remote
