Position Summary:

We are looking for skilled assemblers to join our amazing team!
The Electrical Assembler would be responsible for performing a variety of assembly operations to assemble quality units involving a number of parts and details. Electrical wiring / Point-to-point wiring skills are a must!
Schedule: 4 Days/10 Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 12:30am
Duties and Responsibilities for the Electrical Assembler2nd Shift:
· Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components per specifications.
· Read and comprehend manufacturing instructions, assembly standards, and work instructions.
· Read BOM and Work orders as well as part identification and location.
· Identify and properly use small assembly hand tools.
· Ability to use small power tools like drills, Greenlee punches, electric rivet-nut tools, etc.
· Identify non-conforming parts during assembly process.
· Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
· Serve as trainers to other assemblers.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills for the Electrical Assembler2nd Shift:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Ability to perform simple shop math.
· Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics.
· Understanding of World Class manufacturing principles is desirable.
· Important to work as a team player within the work cell and advise the supervisor of any problems with assembly, quality or safety.
