At an exciting time of growth for our business and Marketing team in North America, we are looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to work alongside our Events Lead for North America. As Events Coordinator, you will support with both client-facing and internal events and meetings across our business in the US and Canada. You will bring a passion for events, exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. The role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Coordinate and execute numerous in person and virtual events.
Provide pre, during, and post communications to ensure all participants are coordinated for event support.
Plan event details, company branding, food and beverage needs and shipping.
Create reliable financial reports and process payments promptly.
Stay within the allocated budget.
Anticipate the needs of attendees and provide alternative suggestions as needed.
Address potential issues during events.
Plan for various scenarios that could impact event integrity.
Qualifications:

Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational, prioritization, multi-tasking, and coordination skills.
Professionalism: Enthusiastic and able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and vendors.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, event, trade show management or marketing or College degree/certification (Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, etc.) with 3 years relevant experience.
Experience managing physical, virtual, and hybrid events.
Proven ability to handle an ongoing schedule of internal events and external conferences often with overlapping timescales.
Multitasking ability is necessary to move from one task to another at a fast pace.
Strong organizational, time, project, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, able to demonstrate initiative and drive in coordinating and delivering tasks.
Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Zoom and Teams and a knowledge of event technology products and services.
Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Forms, ExhibitDay, ExhibitForce, and experience with Templafy, MailChimp, Teams, and Eventbrite a plus.
10-15% percent travel is expected. Sometimes evening and weekend work with scheduled events including conference/meeting/show set-up and take-down.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
