Job Description
Legal Soft is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations and drive organizational excellence. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to execute our strategic goals and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals.
Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a Senior Operations management role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in process optimization and change management.
Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
