This role is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that enable and empower our retail partners to operate great stores. The senior operations consultation manager works shoulder to shoulder with a wide array of cross functional team members by looking at every initiative through the lens of a retail partner, develop and design the work that will help them succeed. This also includes constantly evaluating and evolving foundational programs to match the changing needs of our business and partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of these changes so that they become part of the foundation of the work.

As Senior Operations Consultation Manager, Operations Excellence, you will…

• Always look for ways to make work easier through process improvement, streamline procedures and removing non-value added work.
• Effectively integrate new operating programs with foundational work methods, tools, and training
• Design, develop, and implement effective and proficient tools, and resources to create fast and seamless adoption while enabling excellence in service, product and experience.
• Constantly be listening and gathering feedback for our field team for future improvements and understand better adoption to achieve business outcomes.

We’d love to hear from people with:

• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
• Strong project management, planning, organizing, and execution skills
• Proficient in adaptation of process improvement methodologies: Lean, Kaizen etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient with design platforms, such as the Adobe Suite
• Strong Instructional Design experience in the restaurant/retail industry
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in education, instructional design, food, beverage, retail operations, or a related discipline
