The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role on the team and act as an owner for outbound marketing tech stack and managing marketing and communication technologies. This individual will 1) influence marketing tech requirements, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs 2) provide technical expertise to define and implement automation initiatives that will enable us to scale 3) support global expansion and other key initiatives. You will regularly deep dive into issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution, and own integration and migration projects.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing and communication stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver tools and templates that can scale globally.
- Identify, develop and implement scalable solutions for improved email channel performance, including personalization and channel best practices.
- Recommend and implement new ideas (project plans, collaborations with internal and external teams) to optimize program performance.
- Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
- Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with Marketo, or similar email platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
