We're looking for a tech-savvy, security-conscious, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Network & Security Systems Administrator. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing our network infrastructure and security to administering and maintaining critical financial systems and applications.

Network Administration:
- Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Plan and execute network configuration changes and upgrades
- Configure, manage, and maintain network security policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain network security solutions, including intrusion detection and prevention systems.
- Plan system backup and recovery protocols
- Stay up-to-date on the latest network security threats and vulnerabilities.
Security Administration:
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Conduct security audits and assessments of network and physical assets
- Respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security best practices.
Financial Systems Administration:
- Administer and maintain NetSuite, Bill.com, and Concur.
- Manage access during onboarding and offboarding
- Develop and implement financial system automation scripts.
- Train users on new financial systems and features.
Server Configuration:
- Configure and manage physical and virtual servers.
- Install and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Patch and update servers to ensure security and performance.
SaaS Administration:
- Administer and configure SaaS applications, such as Slack, Google Workspace, BetterCloud, GCP, AWS, Jamf, and ABM.
- Develop and implement integrations between SaaS applications.
- Train users on new SaaS applications and features.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a network and security administrator.
- Strong understanding of networking & Security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite, Bill.com, and Concur.
- Experience with server configuration and management.
- Experience with SaaS application administration and configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills and experience.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
