JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Senior Vice President of Communications, you will develop and lead the FOX Ad Sales strategy that promotes, protects, and enhances the brand reputation and broadens awareness of FOX's wide-ranging capabilities. You will be responsible for communication activities, including media relations, crisis/issues management, executive visibility, and digital communications/social media.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive a proactive, integrated communications strategy that promotes FOX Ad Sales' value proposition, capabilities, and business initiatives
• Provide strategic advice, and counsel to the Ad Sales President and senior leadership team
• Lead strategic planning and execution of all FOX internal and external communications efforts, including executive visibility, thought leadership, and brand and employee
• Develop and implement strategies relating to communications needs surrounding Fox Corporation's public company activities, and financial communications, and oversee the production of the Company's Annual Report engagement
• Oversee FOX Ad Sales' media relations strategy, including actively cultivating relationships with local, national, and international media; Act as a primary spokesperson for Fox Corporation with members of the media
• Manage FOX Ad Sales team's reputation and relationships with industry/trade press, business/consumer media, and influencers
• Spearhead issues management and crisis response, including proactive strategic planning and counseling senior and C-Level executives during sensitive communication situations
• Stay abreast of competitive intelligence and marketplace opportunities and challenges
• Serve as keeper of the FOX Ad Sales brand look and feel, graphic representation, and voice
• Support executive and internal communications needs by producing written materials to support Human Resources, Legal, Government Relations, IR, and other business areas as needed
• Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, including the production of the annual CSR report, project ideation, and development, and execute plans to share stories of how our Company serves communities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 15+ years of experience managing and overseeing communications, and building/executing strategy in a fast-paced, creative sales environment
• Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism preferred, or equivalent experience
• A strong understanding of the Media and Ad Sales landscape
• Relationships with key media reporters
• Thorough knowledge of leading both internal and external communications efforts
• Analytical skills with a strong, data-informed, and strategic point of view
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and driven to find the most effective and efficient processes
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, and highly complex integrated environment
• Effective leadership skills in group settings with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent writing and editing skills, ability to produce talking points, press releases, company-wide messages, and other communications materials as needed
• Strategic thinker who collaborates effectively with leaders across business units in a fast-paced environment to deliver clear and consistent communications products
• Extremely organized, proactive, and self-starter with a track record of creativity and success leading corporate communications initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills and the ability to motivate and persuade
• Ability to interact with multiple constituencies and juggle many projects simultaneously, and the experience of remaining calm under pressure

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $268,000.00-375,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
