Experienced and innovative, you are a Senior Designer with a strong emphasis on digital design. Beyond graphic design, your expertise lies in crafting digital-first experiences. You excel in leading design initiatives, guiding team members and mentoring your colleagues. In our fast-paced in-house creative team, you effortlessly conceptualize and execute diverse design options, ensuring alignment with brand standards while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Daily life in this role revolves around conceptualizing, designing, and presenting top-notch marketing campaigns, including emailers, web pages and banner ads, while owning pieces of our martech stack. Adept in Adobe CC tools, you seamlessly navigate the realms of responsive design and mobile best practices. Working within a variety of CMS platforms and martech tools, you bring campaigns to life, all while meticulously following art direction and incorporating artistic and technical feedback professionally. As an analytical problem-solver and creative thinker, you communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to spearhead large initiatives beyond design. Additionally, you are committed to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and results-driven experience for all.
Qualifications
- Collaborate with a cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, designers and project managers to deliver a solid final product
- Conceptualizing, designing, and presenting professional quality marketing materials, including email campaigns, web pages, digital ads, and flyers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Adobe CC, especially but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile best practices
- Experience building in a CMS and/or martech tools—Drupal, Pardot, or Stensul a plus
- Ability to follow art direction, adapting to artistic and technical feedback in a professional manner
- Designing within brand guidelines or established campaign look and feel, while delivering original, innovative and strategically sound creative solutions
- Highly detail-oriented, ability to make multiple changes right the first time
- Ability to translate business needs into creative solutions and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management across the organization
- Owning a project that goes beyond design: spearheading and driving various programs and initiatives
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Drive to understand how the business functions and how to navigate to success
