Corporate Visions is seeking to add an experienced Multimedia Designer. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of transforming ideas into captivating visual stories for the Marketing team at Corporate Visions. Blending your mastery of graphic design with your multimedia background, you’ll craft immersive experiences that resonate across a variety of platforms and mediums. From concept to execution, the Multimedia designer will collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product teams to bring ideas to life that captivate and inspire.


Corporate Visions is a fully remote work environment, and this position can be based anywhere in the United States.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency on a variety of platforms and projects within the Marketing team and company.


• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.


• Brainstorm, collaborate, and strategize with cross-functional team members to find the best design solution for a wide range of

prospect and customer-facing materials, such as infographics, briefs, animated videos, slide decks, digital ads, etc.


• Supply campaigns team with promotional graphics for upcoming webinars, product launches, new content releases, and events to use across multiple channels.

• Contribute to marketing events (whether in-person or virtual) through booth designs, swag, promotional graphics, giveaway materials, and presentation slides. Occasionally will also have to communicate directly with printers to approve proofs, etc.


• Own the production process of marketing videos from concept, to storyboard creation, animation, team review/edits, and project completion.


• Create original iconography/illustrations/imagery to use in a variety of collateral, like company website, PowerPoint decks, and product materials.


• Contribute to larger branding projects, including all derivative assets used throughout the company.


• Provide PowerPoint design and/or clean-up for monthly webinars and sales enablement projects as needed.

• Assist with back-end website updates and webpage building as needed on company website(s).


• Provide creative solutions on how to uplevel current marketing emails and landing pages, along with imagery used on company websites (hero images, thumbnails, blog images).


• Assist with design file management and organization, while using standard naming conventions.


• Stay up-to-date on company research studies and how those apply to our design work.


• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:


• BA or BFA in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent.


• 3-5+ years in a graphic design and/or multimedia design role, whether on an in-house creative team or agency.


• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for creating, editing, and animating digital assets. Figma experience a plus.


• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and video projects that convey a strong understanding of key design principles, layout, and typography.


• Have an exceptional attention to detail, creative flair, and a keen eye for aesthetic quality.


• Some back-end web knowledge and webpage building experience, specifically within Wordpress and Elementor.


• Experience with website/UX design a plus.

• Willing and eager to utilize a project management platform along with rest of the Marketing team.


ABILITIES:


• Use a computer and phone to communicate to others orally and in writing through email, video conferencing, and calls.


• Remain stationary at a desk or other workstation for long periods of time.


• Provide a quiet workspace in your home or other location with reliable internet and phone access.


• Dedicate approximately 8 hours or more per weekday to work.


• Use memory, knowledge, and attention to detail to analyze, interpret, assess, and evaluate complex situations and resolve problems.


• Work independently and as part of a cross-functional teams
