SalaryWe are a rapidly growing NEW brokerage with IMMENSE growth opportunities that is moving into our new corporate office in Troy. We are looking for Loan Originators to join our sales team here. We combine the ability to originate and close Mortgage Loans all across the country while still giving you the individual attention and support you need to succeed in building your career.
What You’ll Get:
● Extremely aggressive pay package starting at 120 BPS for all self gen leads increasing per lead with no cap, plus options for base salary and commissions
● Hundreds of fresh warm mortgage leads provided daily – each LO gets live transfers daily from in-house telemarketers who target specific leads the company generates
● We can close FHA approve/eligible loans down to 500 credit scores and VA Refer loans up to 100% LTV cash out also down to 500 credit scores
● Our average turn time last month was 8 days from submission to closing
● We offer aggressive pricing that is extremely competitive and usually much lower than banks and large national retail lenders
● Merrill Lynch managed 401k plan
● ADP Payroll – get paid twice a month and as little as 5 days after your loan funds
● Custom built Salesforce CRM to organize and manage your active pipeline and leads
● A team of 50+ dedicated processors to take your loan from inital to CTC in 5-7 business days
● Sales Manager and Ownership who are in the office full-time daily to assist you
● 1 Owner with 5+ years of mortgage experience, and 3 years in the financial planning field
Requirements:
● Self-motivated professionals with a positive attitude, competitive spirit, and strong communication skills
● Looking for currently NMLS licensed or previously NMLS licensed Loan Officers - we will pay to transfer over your license and add additional state licenses as well as annual continuing education
● Must be able to work full time Monday – Friday. Weekend hours are not required and not expected
