Senior Marketing Manager, Community Engagement, Amazon Fresh Grocery

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

We are seeking a passionate leader to drive the business strategy for community outreach and engagement on behalf of Amazon Fresh stores. In this role, you will set the Community Engagement strategy, align resources and execute hyper-local events and activities in the communities surrounding our physical stores. You will own development and execution of go-to-market campaigns to increase customer engagement, inspire trial and cultivate brand love. You will identify and collaborate with partner organizations and key stakeholders to understand community needs, build relationships and drive impactful outcomes. You will have a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity, the ability to investigate complex challenges and can effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders. You work backwards from the customer, apply innovative thinking and dive deep to identify and mitigate gaps.
Key job responsibilities

• Develop and implement Amazon Fresh stores community marketing strategy
• Provide vision to drive scalable Community Engagement initiatives across 6+ regions and manage these tactics with extreme attention to detail and a high bar for quality
• Communicate the impact of community programs internally and externally
• Support hyper-local assessment for new markets, identify potential community related risks and develop a plan to proactively mitigate the risks
• Coordinate initiatives in support of the overall brand and key launches
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, brand, public policy, public relations, real estate, sustainability and operations to deliver results and measure efforts
• Travel to various locations to be on-the-ground with partner organizations and local teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
