The Senior Marketing Manager must be a proven, highly effective leader with demonstrated business and team efficacy. With over 5 years of local area marketing, digital media placement and brand development experience, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in implementing strategy and executing campaigns to deliver business and financial success. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, Growth Brands with a dotted line into the VP of Operations and considerable visibility to the President of Aussie Pet Mobile.
This team member will help provide the tactical implementation to lead Aussie Pet Mobile into their next evolution of growth, in partnership with the brand leadership team. This person will be passionate about working at both a strategic and tactical level to get things accomplished.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead the strategic marketing and branding direction for the brand.
  • In 2024 will be key leader and project manager of rebranding effort.
  • Ensure the Voice of the Customer (franchisee, associate and end consumer) is heard and used in the development of solutions.
  • Work with entire marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities
  • Lead branding and customer experience initiatives, including marketing communications in the traditional, digital, and social spaces
  • Become an expert in our customers, competitors, and industry
  • Maintain continuous knowledge and status of all initiatives, identifying and quickly resolving any obstacles, pivots to spend, and capitalizing on opportunities in real-time.
  • Search out new and emerging channels to find current customers as well as explore existing and overlooked channels to find new customers
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new franchise locations
  • Communicate and assist franchisees with strategic direction of marketing initiatives for their individual market
  • Guide the execution of digital marketing campaigns for multiple Aussie Pet Mobile franchise locations.
  • Guide the analysis, creation and distribution of monthly reporting for franchisees
  • In coordination with the Home Franchise Concepts marketing shared services team oversee strategy and usage of Aussie Pet Mobile's National Ad Fund
  • Manager key marketing vendor relationships.

  • Placement of digital media campaigns on a variety of platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing and advertising environments
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and CRM products
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Agency exposure a plus
  • Franchisor experience a plus

Pay range: $95,000 - $115,000
