Position Overview: As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Quick Quack Car Wash, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing performance across various channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer segmentation, data modeling, marketing attribution, and site measurement to inform strategic decision-making and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and other relevant attributes to inform targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop predictive models and propensity scores to identify high-value customer segments and optimize marketing spend allocation.
• Implement marketing attribution models to measure the impact of various marketing channels and tactics on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Conduct thorough analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to align on key performance metrics and strategic priorities.
• Design and implement experiments and A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and tactics.
• Lead the measurement and reporting of website and digital marketing performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies.
• Experience building out custom reports in PowerBI.
• Experience with marketing attribution models (e.g., multi-touch attribution, time decay models) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
