Job Summary
The Sr. Media Analyst, Paid Social participates in all aspects of clients’ Paid Social media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Paid Social campaigns in Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Develop and employ successful campaign, audience and creative strategies to hit target acquisition goals and efficiency metrics.
- Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, and ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
- Help develop test design roadmaps, quarterly planning initiatives and business opportunity identification and implementation.
- Lead portions of weekly reporting calls for clients, including communicating key metrics, goal attainment and optimization opportunities.
- Provide consistent and effective support to Manager level and above on forecasting and new business opportunities.
- 1.5+ years’ directly related Paid Social Campaign Management (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) experience.
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills.
- An enthusiasm for learning about Paid Social Media Marketing on a fast-growing, thriving team.
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the Paid Social programs and to expand upon that success.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in person and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
