Senior Project Manager- Digital Transformation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of software development and technical projects.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Utilize the Atlassian toolset and develop appropriate backlog, sprint cadence and release targets.
• Support and execute Atlassian tool initiatives, customization, dashboard and reports.
• Lead release team in relevant Agile/Scrum ceremonies – schedule and execute daily planning and refinement sessions, retrospectives and reviews as required.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Foster an agile, collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and frameworks.
• Lead and coach multiple scaled scrum teams in a highly technical, iterative design environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 5+ years’ experience in related field
• Certification with Project Management Professional or Certified Scrum Master

• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
