Position Summary:
Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead & execute our digital transformation strategy through primarily the management of the company new website development.
As part of the company brand evolution journey, it will be important to effectively market the value of the company to prospects and customers on the new company website. Developing the right strategy to maximize organic traffic to the new website as well as delivering an efficient digital experience to our customers are key focus areas for this role. Define the right analytics to formulate insights and drive incremental improvements, increase engagement and conversion to ultimately generate qualified leads and support the business growth.

Missions & Responsibilities
- Identify all the digital assets and value-added content already available on the existing websites and work with cross-functional teams to define the strategy for implementing and enriching these assets in a comprehensive way for our customers.
- Manage digital assets and content migration to the PIM platform and the new website
- Lead the design, development, testing and delivery of the new company website working with Corporate & local teams
- Own the webpage creation, content integration, testing and validation process with the different subject matter experts
- Manage the integration/interface of other digital platforms with the new website
- Identify technical limitations, propose improvements, troubleshoot issues
- Define user engagement and conversion success metrics and continuously monitor and optimize for performance
- Define the strategy and plan for digital experiences on the company website that drive user engagement and conversion using the relevant methods: UX research, A/B testing, etc.
- Demonstrate broad Digital Marketing expertise in user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, analytics, and marketing technologies to deliver performative digital experiences
- As part of the digital strategy, implement efficient tools for qualified lead generation and management considering the legal requirements in place
- Immerse in the latest industry and competitor Digital Marketing trends

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related with strong digital emphasis/interest
- 5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, managing websites, and SEO
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills are a must.
- Proven program management skills, driving vision and leading delivery across cross-functional teams, for multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CMS and more specifically Wordpress, PIM, analytics tools, and project management software
- Experience with Google Digital Marketing tools
- Proficiency across various areas of Digital Marketing: user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, analytics, and marketing technologies
- Ability to find opportunities and recommend solutions that have outcomes aligning with marketing objectives
- Curious, creative, and results-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to problem solve, lead, influence, create visibility, and motivate both business and technical colleagues
- Like to grow in a challenging and high-speed working environment
- Enterprise software experience would be a plus
