As a Senior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for spearheading both the development and implementation of a Digital Engineering initiatives. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will focus on a prominent client in the Aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive Digital Delivery program, managing the entire process from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop project plans and effectively manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their Digital Delivery needs, both from a technical and strategic perspective. Develop a joint success plan in alignment with the Willow Digital Twin development roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Automation, Data Analytics, Product, Engagements and Accounts, to ensure the successful delivery of Digital Engineering solutions.
- Actively manage relationships with external sub-contractor teams to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of program deliverables.
- Work with the Customer Accounts Team in the procurement and onboarding of new customers, as well as ensuring the ongoing success, maintenance, and upgrades of existing customer deployments.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level or higher) in Engineering, Built Environment or Architecture.
- Experience in AEC project delivery as a BIM Lead/Manager or in IT/Software as a Service (SaaS) platform implementation or Consulting Management working in the AEC industry
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people.
- Proven experience in instituting BIM Company Deployment Plans and implementing Project BIM Execution Plans for large-scale multi-disciplinary projects.
- Demonstrated experience in Aviation or with Airline operations.
- Capability to manage multiple complex delivery activities across several customer accounts simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with BIM Tools and establishing necessary processes, procedures, and frameworks for BIM projects.
