Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. is the medical group managing The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center’s outpatient physician clinics. Due to our continued growth to provide health care to the Columbus area we are currently expanding our leadership team and seeking a Senior Clinic Manager.
As a Senior Clinic Manager at OSU Physicians, you will have an opportunity to lead operations, positively impact patient care and build your clinical team with the support of senior leaders.

About our Clinic Managers:
Our managers are responsible for developing, implementing and maintain the organizational structure and operations system of their clinic to meet OSUP’s mission of excellent patient care.
- Qualified candidates will have Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Future leaders should have superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Strong customer service skills and high emotional intelligence are preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate a high level of professional integrity and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and be eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products required.
- Prior experience with medical office operations, guidelines regarding patient confidentiality issues and regulatory requirements, and knowledge regarding the clinical operations and needs of a medical facility is preferred.
