About the role
The SeniorManager, Recovery Servicesidentifies and prioritizes overpayment recovery opportunities, sets and holds teams accountable to performance, and influences and implements strategic plans to achieve overall payment integrity goals.
You will report to the Vice President, Payment Integrity.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $119,200 - $156,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $107,280 - $140,805 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Translate a strategic vision for the team and outline clear and measurable performance metrics / OKRs.
- Be the subject matter expert for Recovery Services as a function within the payment integrity department. This requires a thorough knowledge of check collection practices and claim offset methodologies and ability to build operational processes for both.
- Liaison to finance department in establishing workflows for confirming vendor fee arrangements (contingency, transactional, etc.) and recurring invoices.
- Coach, develop and lead a team to achieve identified outcomes.
- Provide leadership in complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on payment integrity conversion improvement. Partners with claims department and finance department in pursuit of conversion improvement.
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives and deliverables and proactively identify areas of opportunity to improve key performance indicators.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in operations, healthcare, data analytics and/or consulting
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing a team
- 4+ years experience designing, implementing and improving business workflows
- 4+ years in payment integrity
- Experience managing recovery or collections operations

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
