Ibotta is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Flex to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The Senior Account Manager, Flex is tasked with covering multiple segments and books of business across the CPG organization. This role will be considered a "float" and will be tasked with maintaining and growing existing relationships and revenue for open roles and other key accounts as needed.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Tasked with growing and expanding multiple books of business across multiple segments and client types.
- Covers multiple desks while other AMs and Sr. AMs are on leave or there is an open position.
- Monitoring campaigns to measure performance, implement solutions and create recap decks, finding opportunities for expansion and making recommendations for additional campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contacts at multiple brand partners while executing detailed performance marketing campaigns
- Work with clients from campaign inception through campaign conclusion, acting as point-person for proposals and optimization suggestions throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal sales contacts to recommend next steps growing brand relationships and building future campaigns
- Drive towards revenue by activating paused campaigns and uncovering incremental spend
- Act as a mentor to less senior AMs, identifying best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead and drive special projects designed to facilitate an increase in expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize analytics tools for client reporting and campaign measurement.
- Travel up to 20%

What we are looking for:
- 4-5 years of experience managing campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build immediate rapport with key stakeholders
- Experience managing highly strategic enterprise level accounts and multiple types of clients across the CPG landscape
- Experience selling digital, mobile, or media advertising solutions into verticals such as CPG preferred
- Ability to capitalize on past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns and share best practices to maximize results
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (candidates do a mock pitch as part of the hiring process)
- Passion for learning and new challenges, including a willingness to take a proactive approach in helping to define how to make this new role impactful for the team

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
- Base compensation range: $75,000-90,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
