- Lead and mentor a team of People Operations specialists.
- Drive annual and quarterly strategic planning and prioritize People Team initiatives, including OKR management.
- Spearhead project management and change management for the most critical initiatives.
- Oversee recurring People Team processes such as employee support through the shared inbox, employee handbook management, onboarding and offboarding.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams as needed to foster exchange of ideas, identify points of friction and work to find solutions that maximize efficiency.
- Manage People Operations aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
- Act as representative of the People Team in company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with People Ops Technology and Data Team to drive actionable People insights.
- Provide chief of staff support to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
- Lead all People Compliance & Audits including PCI, SOC 2, SOX, & HIPAA Audits.
- 4+ years of HR leadership experience demonstrating thoughtful leadership, operational expertise, and strong management capabilities for direct reports and cross-functional teams
- 4+ years of working in SaaS and/or technology space(s)
- 10+ years of HR experience with a focus on project management, change management, process improvement, and operational support
- Must have directly related experience in a leadership role at a company with more than 5,000 employees
- Proven track record of delivering transformational initiatives using problem solving, cross-functional leadership, project planning, change management technology solutions, agile methodology and innovative approaches
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, communication, and consulting skills
- Ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and diverse cultures
- Strong business and personal integrity with acute attention to detail and the ability to develop well-thought-out strategies and accurate presentations
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with a strong preference to Denver, CO – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
