What we're seeking: As the Senior Managerof Analytics & Data Engineering, you'll be a pivotal force in driving growth and optimization within the Wholesale channel. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you'll provide analytical support for corporate strategy, wholesale distribution, and economic insights. Your role involves creating and maintaining an analytics layer in a DataMart, ensuring timely analytics and Business Intelligence (BI).
Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Analytics for Wholesale, you'll help shape and execute complex analyses, translating data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership. Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance revenue, expand your customer footprint, and uphold a high-quality experience in the Wholesale channel.In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States. What you'll do: Develop a sustainable, data-driven strategy for the Wholesale channel, facilitating leadership's interaction with data and insights Create and implement a data model for on-time analytics and BI Identify KPIs and relevant data dimensions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand analytics and BI requirements Extract, transform, and clean data from various sources for consistency, accuracy, and compatibility with the analytics layer Design and implement data models for the DataMart, establishing relationships between different data entities Develop and maintain ETL processes for efficient data movement and transformation, optimizing for performance and reliability Implement data quality checks and validation procedures, establishing standards for ongoing monitoring Create and maintain metadata documentation for the DataMart, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders Optimize database performance for analytical queries, addressing bottlenecks in the analytics layer Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data Plan for DataMart scalability and evaluate solutions for horizontal and vertical scalability Collaborate with BI developers and data scientists, supporting their reporting and analysis requirements Implement automation for routine tasks to improve efficiency and reliability Establish version control for ETL scripts and configurations Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies Automate reports and dashboards to minimize manual intervention, fostering team efficiency Monitor and analyze trends in key performance indicators, providing regular business updates and strategic support Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and promote a test & learn mindset within the team Partner with third-party analytics providers to build, implement, and refine data models for strategic initiatives What we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.

Some of which we're most proud to offer includes: Salary Range:$64,000 to $189,000 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year Day one medical, dental, vision and prescription drug plan 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave and up to $10k in adoption program assistance What background you should have: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Applied Analytics, Advanced Physics, STEM or Business related Major, or equivalent experience required 3+ years of experience in hands-on data analytics, including model building and statistical analysis 3+ years of experience in automating reporting and analysis through various BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau and Power Automate 3+ years of experience using Excel and SQL at an advanced level Experience with transforming and cleaning data with R or Python required Experience with MS SQL Server, stored procedures, and implementing new databases preferred Knowledge of other ETL tools preferred Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
