Provide quality optometric eye care, including conducting eye exams, diagnosing vision problems, prescribing eyeglasses, medical co-management of cataracts, glaucoma and other diseases affecting the eye, and medical treatment for routine eye problems
Work with the Internal Medicine team to ensure that patients are receiving comprehensive medical care
Represent the Health Center in the larger community and participate in educational workshops as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school of optometry
Licensed to practice optometry in the State of New York
Residency-trained candidates preferred
Bilingual in English/Mandarin a plus
Saturday availability necessary

Salary: $140 000.00 per year
