- Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and coach a team of Inside Sales professionals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Foster a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics and key performance indicators to assess and enhance sales team performance.
- Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- Drive innovation within the Inside Sales function, exploring and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive collaboration and facilitate successful outcomes.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership, offering a comprehensive overview of Inside Sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in addition to 10+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales experience, with a focus on selling to larger global customers and prospects.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets and objectives in previous roles.
- Leadership that encourages creativity, accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance along with an exceptional passion for people, coupled with the ability to provide inspirational coaching particularly among junior sales team members.
- Experience as a first line leader in a high-velocity model with strong experience coaching sellers & forecasting deals using MEDDPIC in a transactional sales environment. Proven overachiever selling in the DevOps / QAOps space.
- Proclivity for winning, building high-performing collaborative teams, and maintaining a go-getter attitude, balanced with a respectful approach and high integrity.
- Diligence and attention to detail, with an ability to follow established playbooks and utilize data to identify areas for improvement.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple activities concurrently.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, driving effective collaboration with marketing, sales engineering, product, and customer success teams.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills, capable of quickly constructing compelling presentation materials and presenting at an executive level.
- Proficiency in complex solution selling requiring collaboration from multiple functional teams across global customers and internal or external teams.
- Comfortable engaging with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to market changes, staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
