Senior Manager - Global Space Planning And Workplace Analytics

- Lead Apple’s Global Space Planning strategy, including market-based and organization-based analysis, Planning and execution to optimize space utilization - Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate those needs into actionable space requirements that support strategic objectives - Develop and implement innovative solutions that reflect the latest trends in workplace design and technology - Manage space allocation, including forecasting future needs to inform real estate expansion and consolidation strategies - Provide guidance and leadership to a team of space planners and data analysts - Working with Apple’s Workplace Technologies team, own and create end-to-end data analysis, visualization, and reporting - Conduct research, analyze data, identify key trends, and prepare reports to inform data-based decisions to drive improvements across Real Estate & Development - Be a thought partner with Real Estate & Development senior leaders to surface actionable insights and recommendations based on Workplace Analytics’ capabilities and reporting
