What You Will Do:
CeraVe is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to join our Global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team and play a pivotal role in expanding internationally the brand-new philanthropic program named “Care For All". In this role, you will be responsible for driving the program's growth, developing strategic global partnerships, raising the program’s awareness and ensuring its successful implementation across diverse communities globally, to make dermatology accessible & driving positive change in underserved areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy: Develop and execute the global strategic plan for the "Care For All" philanthropic program, aligning with CeraVe's global CSR goals and objectives.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with organizations, healthcare professionals, and community leaders to enhance program reach and impact, both globally and locally.
- Cross Functional Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross functional teams around the world, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Budget Management: Oversee the program's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve program goals.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with target communities, understanding their unique needs and tailoring program initiatives accordingly.
- Program Evaluation: Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the program's success and impact globally on both frontline care givers and underserved communities.
- Advocacy and Outreach: Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for dermatological access on a global scale and raise awareness about the program's mission.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the CSR leadership team and stakeholders, demonstrating the program's achievements and impact. Plus develop a communication strategy to expand the awareness of this program globally.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years minimum of experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful philanthropic programs or initiatives with robust, tangible social impact.
- Strong drive and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent power point, word document (MS Office) skills,
- Experience working with diverse communities and a deep understanding of their unique challenges.
- Demonstrated passion for social impact and making a difference in underserved communities.
- Past experiences in dermatologic field or cosmetics are a plus.
- Willingness to travel (as required).
- 3 times a week physical, in-office presence is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree is preferred either in Marketing, Communication, Social Change, Nonprofit Management or any related fields.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $119,900-$170,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
