As the Senior Manager of Fulfillment Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing our 3PL relationship, driving operational initiatives, and overseeing our transportation/freight strategy. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate across departments to strategically manage our 3PL relationship and achieve ambitious growth objectives.

he expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300 to $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner with our 3PL, embedding operational excellence into our ways of working.
- Manage financial, operational, and business performance analysis of 3PL and transportation segments to achieve annual commitments.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement in distribution and logistics networks.
- Develop innovative solutions to reduce costs and meet business goals, leveraging data accuracy and industry expertise.
- Liaison between our internal teams and 3PL as it relates to volume forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Collaborate with 3PL and our internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operating issues.
- Partner with wholesale and customer service teams to minimize chargebacks.
- Partner with retail operations to optimize reverse logistics for excess store inventory.
- Conduct audits of 3PL and Freight providers to ensure adherence to SLAs and rate cards.
- Communicate performance trends and improvements to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of fulfillment and logistics experience.
- Experience in multi-channel Fulfillment Operations, including DTC and partner retail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Comfortable working autonomously and establishing standard operating procedures.
- Proficient in agile work processes with a 'test and learn' mentality.
- Proven collaboration skills and experience building relationships across 3rd party and internal teams.
- Experience in apparel or branded consumer goods preferred.
