Title: Senior Manager - Ethics and Compliance

Position Summary
This position reports directly to the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and will lead the company's Ethics reporting and investigation programs. You will prepare materials that communicate the organization's ethical standards, policies, and regulations and develop and deliver employee training programs that raise awareness about ethics-related topics such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Conflicts of Interest, and others. Additionally, this position will provide support for customs and trade compliance matters ensuring compliance with global customs regulations and trade laws and regulations; including 19CFR; 15 CFR, FCC; FDA; Anti-Boycott and other regulatory agency requirements. This position will also lead special projects and assist with other tasks throughout the compliance department, as required. In addition, this role also carries responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of business ethics, as set out in NCR Atleos' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Specific areas of focus include:

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the company's ethics reporting and investigation programs.
- Promote an ethical corporate environment through training and leading process/policy enhancements, creating program documentation, and internal cross-functional collaboration.
- Review, update and develop an on-going schedule of review for all NCR Atleos policies for relevance based upon the policy lifecycle; Work with policy-owners to ensure policies are accurate, up to date and properly communicated to employees.
- Support the development and rollout of the company's Code of Conduct and related training and communications.
- Management of reporting helpline for employees, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to disclose violations of the organization's code of conduct.
- Management of Compliance Package process to ensure comprehensive, up-to-date compliance and certification materials are readily available for customer facing teams to support new opportunities.
- Generate reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions.
- Obtain and maintain required regulatory licenses (gaming, ATM registration, etc.)
- Pro-actively identify potential ethics/compliance risks and implement actions to mitigate and eliminate them.
- Provide transactional support of import/export compliance fundamentals to support the Trade Compliance Program including but not limited to classifying NCR goods in accordance with the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. and BIS Export Administration Regulations. Updating classifications within NCR's databases; Assisting with other trade compliance related processes as needed.
- Provide support for audits and self-assessments.
- Perform other duties assigned by Deputy Chief Compliance Officer
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of related experience
- Ability to work with across levels of personnel from end users to executive management
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and developmental skills
- The ability to clearly communicate ideas and direction
- Ability to influence decisions and actions without direct authority
- Progressive experience in import and export compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery and corruption regulation experience
- Experience with investigative techniques
- Experience in trade classification and international customs and export control laws and regulation.
- Able to work as part of a team or independently with minimal direction.
- Strong writing, analytical, proofreading, and research skills.
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), and MS Project.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; be observant and anticipate operational needs
- Excellent problem solver and able to handle difficult situations
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations
