Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce Strategy & Operations to enhance our Contingent Workforce operations at an AI firm in San Francisco, CA. This role is critical for strategizing workforce solutions, managing the contingent staffing lifecycle, and maintaining essential partner relationships. You'll collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet their workforce needs, while innovating and scaling our Contingent Workforce processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for effective Contingent Workforce management.
Lead strategic planning for staffing and manage vendor relationships.
Partner with internal departments to align workforce solutions with their requirements.
Manage and improve workforce performance metrics and staffing quality.
Enhance and oversee Contingent Workforce systems for operational efficiency.
Engage in relationships with key staffing agencies, including negotiations and performance reviews.
Drive workforce strategies, analytics, and reporting aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree required.
Experience: 7-10+ years in workforce management, preferably in technology-centric organizations.
Skills: Proficient in project management, analytics, and communication.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with workforce management software (e.g., VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline).
