The Senior ManagerChange Management- Finance Transformation Change Management and Communication role is responsible for developing and implementing Management and Communication plans to support the adoption of change initiatives across the organization. This role will communicate Change Management plans to senior Management and leverage resources to implement strategies through cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area OR 6 years' experience in communications, human resources, or related area
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management or learning and development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of the latest training and learning industry trends and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training and learning strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Enterprise project management tools
- Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in training development for Finance or Accounting teams
- 3+ years experience leading cross-functional Change Management programs for technology implementations
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
You'll make an impact by...
- Identifying and leading resolution of opportunities for process improvements and aligning activities with overall plans to ensure successful Change Management implementation
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify Change Management and Communication needs and develop effective solutions to address them
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders on the progress of Change Management communication initiatives
- Serve as a key stakeholder and as a communication expert in change, training, and Communication initiatives-drafting, designing, reviewing and editing communications and presentations while advising on the creation of communication elements and developing and executing plans to distribute communications
- Implement knowledge management strategies to raise awareness and understanding of organizational initiatives and support training strategies and identifying barriers.
- Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the potential impact of change initiatives on stakeholders and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management and Communication plans to ensure they meet organizational goals, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to Change Management and Communication strategies as needed.
