As a Senior Manager, Product Development & Sourcing on the Member's Mark team, you'll be based in Bentonville, AR and will work closely with a team to bring our Member's Mark brand to life. You will own the Seasonal Decor category and manage all items from inception to execution, helping design and create quality products that exceed our members' expectations!
This role involves creating thoughtful assortments, managing diverse products and lifecycles, developing strategic supplier relationships, sourcing appropriately, understanding the financial levers of the business, and introducing new processes and techniques to simplify ways of working.
You know your supplier and member needs better than anyone else and are constantly thinking about what is next for your business. You'll use your executive presence and collaboration skills to work with suppliers and cross functional team members at all levels to navigate interesting, complex challenges. Success in this role requires tenacity, a member mindset, focus on quality, influence, and a competitive spirit.

What you'll do...
- Ensure Member's Mark products align with merchandising strategies by guiding creative direction, collaborating with merchants and providing advice related to product strategies to drive financial performance
- C ollaborate with global sourcing offices and teams to identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with world class suppliers and factories across the globe
- B enchmark within the industry to identify trends and opportunities to grow profit and sales and make recommendations to senior leaders on new or enhanced product offerings
- I dentify potential issues during the product life cycle, perform visual in-club item reviews to identify variances, evaluate products against specifications, perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to resolve issues
- L ook for creative ways to drive business improvements, innovate, and elevate the member experience
What you'll bring...
- Product Development and Sourcing experience, with emphasis in the home or seasonal product categories
- A strategic point of view to drive brand cohesion and proficiency in developing sourcing partnerships
- Skills in the art of influencing others and negotiating with suppliers
- Passion for being out in front of the latest trends, products and innovation
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, discern trends, and use these insights to build product assortments and drive brand execution
- Team leadership, stakeholder management and an ability to communicate clearly to gain buy-in from leadership
